Hello and Welcome to our Website

We are Jackie and Richard Smith. We live on the edge of the Northamptonshire countryside. We have three daughters and an extended family of 5 labradors!

We grew up with dogs , and Richard bought our first dog for me on our 1st wedding anniversary – a blue roan cocker spaniel, Barney. He was with us for 16 years and left such a gaping hole with his passing that we soon started thinking about getting another. Richard had always wanted a yellow Labrador – so Rosie came into our lives at 8 weeks and we quickly became smitten with the breed.
She was followed by a black Labrador bitch, Lily who had some show breeding lines and before long I was becoming interested in the showing world and particularly Labrador show lines. The rest is history!

I have met some lovely people whilst getting out and about at the shows and have made some lovely and I hope, lifelong friends – without their help and support the Felechay line would not have become a reality!
